About Michael Charron
Michael B. Charron specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multi-family assets, property valuations, and re-development opportunities throughout New Hampshire. Mike possesses vast experience advising clients, including prominent New Hampshire families, institutions, non-profits and investors across the spectrum.He is known and valued for developing creative deals and offering successful solutions whenever possible. Mike’s long-standing relationships and extensive network of investors, developers and entrepreneurs, continuously provides him with successful ""off-market” opportunities. As a licensed appraiser for more than 15 years, Mike was active in the evaluation and orderly liquidation of real estate owned assets for clients including Fannie Mae. His expertise includes evaluations, analysis and negotiations of large assets which allows him to evaluate assets quickly and confidently.
In 2019, Mike ranked 3rd nationally in the Berkshire Hathaway Network of Commercial Brokers.
